 In this FREE Introductory Class you will: 

• Experience an energy technique for calming and resetting your nervous system.
• Understand why protection techniques can block healing, and what to do instead. 
• Discover why you haven’t been able to sustain positive feelings or fully heal anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, and other reactive feelings.
• Experience the Rainbow Healing Method for applying Acceptance Consciousness, inner child work, and to heal the habit of self-judgment and stuffing of feelings.
• Experience a chakra alignment process you will learn in class to facilitate for others and strengthen your inner core.
